There are sixteen full time employees. Twelve full time dispatchers that work rotating shifts 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. All dispatchers are CPR qualified and EMD certified through the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch. All  dispatchers are union employees and are members of the International Association of Firefighters  Local 2665
