North Central Fire Alarm employs its own technical staff on call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. The alarm center is responsible for all communication equipment. EX: Mobile and portable radios. All in house alerting systems. Laptop computers mounted in all fire/ems equipment. Tone activated voice pagers and alphanumeric pagers sent directly from the Computer Aided Dispatch system (CAD). The technical staff is also responsible for all transmitters/receivers and all electronics located in the alarm center.
